Instead of buying into HVST because my bank wont do TSX and i am to lazy to change, i bought THC and options which is already working out very well.

The original posts maths about comparing mkt caps was completely accurate not the simplistic version of MMJ's share price should be 60% of HVST SP, that is ignoring the fact that MMJ has twice as many shares as HVST and all profits will flow through HVST.

HVST is 99c with 87mil shares right now (im not using fully diluted because the price correction will happen short term) so market cap of $87 mil MMJ has i think 204mil shares at 42c which is a market cap of $86 mil but then MMJ only owns 60%(still undiluted) so 52mil is the value TODAY of its shares in HVST.

MMJ has 8 mil in cash and phytotech israel. Personally i dont think the research company is worth 3 mil let alone 27mil. Since the original israeli directors have left with one starting CPH and the company hasn't given an update in a long time with its only know trial apparently hasn't started 6 months later it definitely isn't worth much.

The other thing that drove the share price down was people selling out to buy into the 2 upcoming listings THC and CAN. With this knowledge someone or group had a field day shorting the stock and probably did again today.

MMJ will continue on its downward trend until HVST mkt cap value and MMJ value match and then they can both continue going up. This may be at 40c if MMJ holds and HVST soars but it could be at 30c if HVST growth stalls.

Relying on technical analysis charting in this case probably lead some people to make a mistake and buy more shares at 50c causing it to bounce for a day but that wont stop the downward trend.

I still think MMJ is a good company and will do well from now but i am waiting for the value of MMJ and HVST to equalise before buying back in. I expect it will bounce back to 45c tomorrow but from there it could keep going down if HVST SP doesnt keep going up.
