I apologize if the level of detail that is required here to tell the complete story is confusing, but it is definitely not "mis leading".  Every figure I use in the analysis above is directly from the publically-filed statements available to all investors.  Clearly many of the people commenting on this thread have not done so, as they would clearly be able to see the corporate structure for themselves. For simplicity's sake I'd refer everyone to slide 3 (yes, right up front!, not much reading) of this recent company presentation:
