Hi The Defferred Delivery finishes on the 12 December and they trade as normal shares on the 13December The shares trade on a consolidated bases on the 18 December Your broker will still want payment on the Tplus 3 basis as he still has to settle the only difference is that there is no paperwork for them to process via chess etc Hope this helps Towie DYOR
