RMS cannot walk away unless FIRB approval witheld.. they have removed all other conditions.
The Corporations Act is very prescrptive around these sorts of matters; so DIO shareholders will definitely be able to avail themselves of the RMS offer, unless FIRB approval denied - unlikely.
