Err, AVO blocking stake? I think 45% is more than a block, they will get over 50% for sure now. As for arbitraging RMS/DIO, well a few might do it but there is not enough liquidity.
That bidders statement was a mess, has anybody read thru it?
Hands up all those who sold their RMS a few weeks back at 63c and bought DIO for 30c cause it was such a good deal? Nobody, I thought so. Well now you can pay twice as much. How many takers?
