it looks like the arbitrage opportunity is working against RMS and not doing anything for DIO ... the RMS share price is coming down towards the DIO price rather than the DIO price rising to the RMS offer...
be interesting to see if the DIO board recommends the bid or not.. will be any day now, if not today/tomorrow
