Currently as I write SGB is at $28.80 and WBC at $22.27
The MIA if and when merger occurs is 1 SGB = 1.31 WBC.
Therefore 1 SGB ($28.80) = 1.31 x WBC = $29.17
Is there any reason why SGB is trading ~ 1.3% cheaper than the equivalent WBC?
Any thoughts out there?
