~ to be quite honest eddie,
it has been a bit of a mystery since inception regarding just how the 60/40 split was to be attained regarding the shares involved, and it is only in the last few weeks that we have been plotting and reacting to the proposed 60/40 merger on a cap.basis using the yahoo exchange rate as a guide.
perhaps all will be revealed in detail on the 7th.
