Just as an add on, I don't know why they would abandon this - they could sue whoever has interfered with the arbitration and signed an agreement with Burundi. Something tells me this is the Chinese throwing their money around. IMO, they are locking this asset up for future development - 5 - 10 years down the road. If the company knows who this other party is, they should release that information.
