If an average-hole procedure takes 16 months, it would mean a decision here around August 2023. Assuming that the Danes are really fast and fair, the decision would come even sooner. By the way, time costs money here, too. That's why I don't think it will be delayed, unless the dice have already been cast and they are waiting for the right time to communicate.
