As a shareholder I would want to know the outcome of the arbitration hearing before being asked to approve $200,000 worth of action to two of the three directors. What is the third director going to get? A new Beamer!
What have they done to deserve this? Spent almost $10 million of GPR's money and found nothing of commercial value. Mr AI arkeski still hasn't identified a commercial resource!
Why have they put this to the shareholders before the arbitration result? Did the law firm of Grabbe,Snatch and Runn recommend this?
