This all sounds like School yard banter.

With combined parties running up legals costs with totals that may exceed $2M there are a plethora of legal minds employed on the Arbitration.

It is very disappointing that RIM have made no announcements on their legal advice, and costs, to keep the market informed. The market needs some actual intelligence (nothing artificial) to make informed decisions.

Notwithstanding, it is all academic now. Arbitration commences on Wed, 21 May. The facts, and Arbitrator's decision, will soon be public information. From where I sit it looks like lose, lose for RIM. If they lose the case they are sunk. If they don't GPR appear as thought they would move from arbitration to litigation - where the only winners are the lawyers.

RIM would need to raise $M's to fund this, and I would think that savvy investors will sit this round out. Surely mediated outcomes are RIM's only savior.

In the meantime most of RIM's $$ are funding lawyers and not exploration. We will soon see if this is all in the shareholders best interests.
