Thank mate, very reasonable and balanced comments all round - as you say, shame it got to this overall, and its a shame arbitration isnt actually likely to find a middle ground for all. While RIM are in a very strong position, nothing should be taken for granted, but I was also of the opinion that even a reversion of JV rights to GPR isn't a disaster either. Things getting heated for all the wrong reasons.
