Given WPL recent cap raise the November guess has to be a decent chance although WPL only really need 25% of FAR to make it interesting and trigger a PE event in the current JV structure to scramble the egg a little more and perhaps take a board seat on FAR.
Given recent CNE update Cairn may join the party and sell part of their stake to WPL in a farm-down linked to operator transition in 2H.
