    Only another five weeks until the Arbitration ruling is out. It's been a long nine months. I've remained quietly confident the Arbitrator will rule in CGM's favour. Time will tell but the fact DNI still don't have a mining permit has to add weight to Cougar's claims and work against DNI, IMO. Good luck all holders. E
