GMAS has brought the arbitration under Section 20 of the exploration licence, which provides for
disputes between GMAS and the Government of Greenland to be resolved by arbitration before a
tribunal of three arbitrators seated in Copenhagen.
I'm assuming it's majority rule on the account of an odd number, but would there be any circumstance in which a unanimous ruling would be required?
What other rulings have "three arbitrators" made in the past related to mining (if any)? And related to business? Or foreign business?
