IMO I think this is all about CHINA having ownership in this project. Everyone knows that Uranium is not a problem and is just being used to stop the Chinese. The US fears China's domination of Rare Earths... Especially after GBB went to the white house and told Trump... It's easy for the CIA to influence the decision and politics of a country with a 50k population... So weird how everything was upended at the last second...
