    IMO the Arbitration person will be appointed by each GML and GoG then the Chairman of the Arbitration is appointed by both GoG and GML

    The jurisdiction will be in Denmark and Danish Law applies and each law company representing each will appoint an Arbitrator which gets approved by the client...

    I am not sure about the language it will either be Danish or English...most likely English
