Of course we all are assuming that FAR will PE. If you go back, the reason we didn't is because we didn't have enough information to make a decision. So if we win arbitration and COP give us a compliant notice we will then have the info we need. Therefore, forget whatever PC said about the price, if the actual cost of uplifting the asset out of the company is much higher, then maybe FAR won't PE.
And that would be a shame, 2 years of HC discussion coming to naught.
