"I think CN got balls of steel " perhaps an Iron fist in a velvet glove might be a better turn of phrase...the reality is the Arbitrators will decide the outcome and CN and her board will deal with it as best they can, assuming of course it gets that far..
One thing is for certain if the PE clock gets reset, there is going to be a lot of fast talking if more than one player is involved, they only have 30 days to work with....
