I would think any Government worth their salt , certainly would not allow 3 amigos in Paris to put a halt, fully or partially on the timeline of that countries ability to become energy sufficient re oil and gas with the potential to make in export, very many millions of dollars.
In my book they would certainly have that right to put an influence on the speed of these proceedings but not the outcome. And I imagine that influence has most probably already been relayed to the chairperson recently elected.
Win, lose or draw I will be happy to end this saga and get back to the technical issues that FAR appear to be very good at , finding oil.
Samo with 55% technical probability given by an experienced player, with a tad of bon chance, appears to be a good bet to me.
