Capital raises are important for large investors to avoid dilution as they can't buy suddenly on market for the price they want to enter at without the SP sky-rocketing. If your name isn't Buffet, Gates or Farjoy then you can buy on market now at a good entry price. Spend what you want to spend and don't worry about trying to maintain a percentage unless you are close to 10%.
