Not WPL, they are not close to the proceedings even though it effects them. Can't imagine it was COP. So that leaves FAR.

2. I think it was done to put pressure on WPL. Stating that at the extreme WPL will have to hand over the 35%.

3. Far flagged it's preferred option of a settlement, but as per point 2, will follow through with taking the 35% if WPL won't come to the table.

4. Further confirmation it came from FAR where it notes: "whether Woodside has been right to shrug off any potential value it could lose through the Paris arbitration and to not talk to FAR about a settlement."

All just IMO, but very interesting if correct.

I am sure PC follows her tweets as well. A good reminder for him as they do their preso. Even if the chair isnt announced today. It would be a nice piece of work if it came from FAR.
