If you go by the official company announcements a few weeks ago, where that third arbitrator was installed, then this article is incorrect and shows poorly researched knowledge of what is going on.
IMO Far is not the source of this article, or if it is the journo should go back to school and repeat his block about verify first before you write.
No wonder the market is not seeing yet what most of us have been seeing a long time ago regarding FAR's value....
