Eromanga has received notice from the International Chamber of Commerce (?ICC?) in Paris that a Request for Arbitration has been filed by Nord. The ICC provides independent dispute resolution services and is the forum agreed by both Parties to resolve disputes under the Participation Agreement. Eromanga considers the Request for Arbitration as a positive step in resolving commercial and technical differences between the Parties with respect to the development of the Harpia oil field. It is being reviewed by Eromanga?s lawyers.

i find it frustrating that we don't get detail on the nature of the dispute, and hence can't make a judgement as to the likelihood of a successful or advantageous resolution.
