Yes I suppose you could look at it that way? although I believe there is a great deal more money in this reprocessing at the end of the day, it may take longer to get there, but the wait will be worth it I believe, look at how much the US has already spent on trying to get a storage repository for used nuclear fuel, the one they will need with this method would be smaller by a considerable amount, and instead of having stuff that is radio active for a million years or more, they bring that down to around 300 years.

I can see the US paying GEH/GLE to take the nuclear waste and clean it up, GEH gets the power from the PRISM reactor and they also get the feedstock for the Uranium Recovery for nothing as well?
