Nubs, those two plants were never going to be the same though, they are totally different, well different anyway, Wilmington was designed to produce LEU whereas Paducah would only ever produce natural grade Uranium, it was designed basically to clean up the tails which are an environmental hazard, but I believe Paducah will also be used for another purpose as well, I reckon it will be used to capture other isotopes like Moly99 etc.
