Moosey your feedback is very much appreciated. May I however enquire in that structure you describe, do they definitely still need to enrich the uranium after ARC has seperated it e.g. could PRISM and ARC work together without the laser enrichment process?
As already conveyed I would be extremely suprised if Paducah does not go ahead as described. But beyond Paducah, it would be handy to know how important / confident you are to see the Silex technology to this recycling full service product.
