No PRISM or the ARC don't use SILEX technology full stop.
The REPU from the Advanced Recycling Center is sent to another plant that can separate the Uranium (either HEU or LUE) from the reprocessed Uranium REPU.
I believe that plant is similar to a laser enrichment plant, except that in this case it is a Uranium Recovery plant which uses lasers to separate the HEU/LEU from the other nasty actinides mixed in with the recovered Uranium.
