You're absolutely right jocam9. I've posted here that ARQ are trading on a PE of about 4 times this year's earnings - and that assumed no increase in oil production!!
The entire oil sector has yet to be rerated properly by the market - and that also includes the US where they are still in a state of denial about where the price of oil is heading.
When the realities are accepted oil producers like ARQ will be rerated upwards by many hundreds of per cent.
