From the NXS response looks like NXS see this as shaping up as another Streitberg steal.
I suppose ARQ, AZA or AEL could up the ante and take their stake in NXS up to 20% to put a bit more pressure on NXS.
If NXS get to 20% in AZA on market getting to 75% (53% already in the bag) for the scheme of arrangement requires another 22% of the loose 29%. 22 oo 29 not much more difficult than 75% from scratch. I suspect most insto's will come round for ARQ.
