JCC would of had plenty of opportunity to take a position he no different to the other directors - from taking convertible notes to underwriting placements (the latest of which would have a director moving up to 48% of the company in event of no uptake across the registry). The top level of PYC's registry has always gone from one director to the next on exit / entry.
