peace you are being unfair and it's not like you. On one hand you make a comment about JCC and his involvement in funds and the lack of being able to get them to invest and now you just talk about - he has the opportunity like any other director. I spend anything between 2 and 6 hours A DAY involved in Governance issues nowdays - none of it appears in my job description or KPIs - that is how pathetically constricted our world has become in the post GFC landscape. You are of course correct - he has exactly the same oppotunity as any other director but if he does own shares then it adds another level of governance to his funds if they did want to buy at any stage. Personally I'd rather he didn't buy in order to keep the opportunity less constrained for the funds.
