Another possibility is that we (and medify) are running ahead of 2 entities trying to agree on a joint announcement. If you think about the likely chain of events - got announces, rss feeds pick it up, HC & Medify speculate, PYC & UQ swap a few congratulatory emails and then agree what they say about the grant. Probably takes a few days.
