Hi marsup, Canning has potential and the hype but it's still a huge unknown, in my view too risky for AWE to pay $500m for ARC. ARCs deal with Alcoa stands if they find enough commercial gas, so it means little right now. I'd be surprised if AWE had approached ES on this.
