Better tell that to ARQ with their shareholding In ADI, AZA with the same in NXS, NXS with the one in AZA, and don't forget Viking and NXS..............
Over the SHORT term your thinking may be valid, but long term a majority shareholding in AZA would be just as good.
Even better would be three way merger between the three companies...........but with the EGOS involved, I doubt it would happen.
