So in the last week or so we have found out that:
1. The State are changing the rules, seemingly in our favour ie Private miners who have previously obtained permission to set exploration areas may continue to work without change.
2. Recent legal analysis in our favour.
3. EMH asks for consent in the last part of the deposit. The state needs to reply within a couple of weeks.
3. Arca Capital are working behind the scenes on our behalf.
4. KC is in Czech / Germany this week.
5. Then when everything is confirmed Keith speaks at the Roskill conference in Germany on 13th March.
It all seems to be coming to a head soon and looks like it's going in the right direction!
