Wiggling, IMO from a side of MPO shareholder there is no reason to merge with Arcan. Agree, their Swan Hills assets look valuable, but why MPO should merge with oilco 30-40MM MC and 400MM debt? IMO no reason. If our directors are so expirienced and smart, they would invest to buying Arcan bonds at 50% discont prices calculating about some near term ( within 1 year?) agreement within Arcan mgmt and their bondholders. We MPO shareholders would obtain an interest from holding of their bonds and thereafter capitalization of bonds Arcan shares...

Btw. todays mea culpa letter from MPO director - funny reading, it seems M+A market in WCSB is starting recovery finally from the bottom and our directors are waiting for better buying opportunity? M.rons!
