An interesting new series on SBS on Demand called Lost Cities of the Bible. Some great recent archaeology in Iraq between the local scientists and the British Museum (who could have imagined it) on the ancient cities of Ninevah and Babylon & others, expanding on previously known history. I've only seen the first two episodes so far. One dark spot was discovering how much damage the Islamic terror groups have done to ruins. But of course they don't like at all human achievements & creativity prior to Islam.
