The chart is looking good. I work on the fundamentals and use charts as an extra support.The recent low was on March 15 of 8.5 cents...only 6 weeks later it is 15c .The MACD crossed on March 15 and has not crossed back in that time where as in spec stocks there is usually an announcement which propels the SP and the MACD crosses and then it quietens down and recrosses again. The relative strength indicator RSI is also above 50 the indication that there is strength in AXE and has remained so for 6 weeks.
So there is a bullish undertone at a time of usually weak seasonal performance of small stocks...imo looking good
