AXE is doing wafer runs of various device designs for different uses and temperature environments. Nothing is for end user yet.

    ESR devices are one such.

Another one hinted at here is taking advantage of operating in temps from room temp all the way to near cryogenic. The FDSOI CMOS fab process. The FDSOI allows extra control of electron-spin qubits. Always good to be able to gain access to more of the infinitely addressable information space of a qubit. The 28 nanometre node is considered the most suited to radio frequency (RF) and other types of analog signals. The qubit processor(s) that AXE is working on can, with the RF use case directly register the analog RF signals, process it quantum mechanically , which is also analog, before converting any read out into digital signals for circuits in a phone or laptop to work with.

These are all different use cases. Some will involve digital-analog-digital information processing on a 12CQ device, others will directly detect analog signals with the qubits and then spit out a digital equivalent. It's these different circuit boards that AXE has commissioned for wafer runs at fabs.

As Mo said recently in the fireside chat, AXE does things in a considered methodical way. Mapping out every step of every device potentially possible, doing protypes, testing. It can seem a boring wait but it will pay dividends that I cannot begin to imagine. While also not wasting precious time and money. Meanwhile the market and traders of AXE are playing the dice every day, without really knowing what's actually happening at the company. I noted in the fireside chat , thanks Aqua for posting again, that the interviewer was conflating quantum and bio and also Mo doing his best to even stop the conflating of the 12CQ and AI. ...'we're not building Terminator'. This remains the biggest current hurdle for the sp. AXE is too deep tech, has 2 different product development lines and it's hard to get to grips with what to expect and when. Only way is to read the technical updates. It is the only thing the company endorses and it shows they mean business.
