Much happier with the complete sale of the tenements for the extra $5M cash.
Those sorts of JV's rarely ever do anything and drag on forever...previous companies that I have held with similar JV's were RXL, AXT, etc. and the JV's didn't do much for them.
Cash is king, and with $13.5M in the bank and 2 World Class Graphite projects, we are looking very pretty.
