1 we are not located in an environmentally sensitive area, Moab BLM Stipulates 14 ACEC Areas of critical Environmental Concern We are not in any of them.
2 In the Moab resource plan the oil & gas leasing stipulations gives an "open subject to Standard Stipulation." to our lease area.This is not the case for other areas.
