in 10-20 years we will be telling our kids and grand kids about how it used to take 4-6 weeks just to build just the walls of a house and 6 months to build a whole house. They will be confused as to how we could afford such a labour intensive home, as they will have only ever seen a house being built within days.
I believe we will see maintenance free disposable homes built by robots from a concuction of recycled materials refined from the previous house that was scrapped.
The only thing you will pay for is the processing costs of crushing a home to be printed back out again in the latest style or fashion.
The construction industry is due for some dramatic advances in productivity and it will happen quickly over the next decade
