Hi Timboc,
Because in large subdivisions, there is a far greater potential for the HX to be permitted to work 24/7 rather than within the 7am-5pm hours for noise minimization. FBR can therefore capitalize on one of the HX's competitive advantages.
Neither Adent or myself are saying that FBR/HX can't do it, it's about the opportunity cost of building 1 house over 100 or 1000.
