very true Timboc. HX is a truck and can drive from one residential site to another residential site.
But this is less efficient than driving to a new estate that has 200+ lots to build on.
Assuming there is demand for WaaS, FBR will be able to deliver it cheaper on estates with scale than they can on small single sites.
Economies of scale always win.
Think about it this way.
On a large scale site, HX might be able to work 24x7.
On a infill single block in an established suburb HX might be allowed to only work 10x5. Plus travel from one site to the next.
24x7 = 168 hours.
10x5 = 50 hours.
So at a large scale site, potentially there is the opportunity to lay 3 times as much WaaS per week than in a infill site.
This is super important when you are trying to pay off the Capex that goes into building a HX.
