correct. there are some new housing estates where all the houses are built by the same building company/developer. WaaS will be attractive for those developers...no doubt about it.
But thoses same builders/developers are already making cookie cutter homes with the goal of extracting maximum profit from the entire development.....they will try and drive FBRs price down hard.....happy to keep using manual brickies as plan B.
on the FBR side, they wont be able to push the price up hard because they will want the work to put runs on the board.
