been thinking about this thread and the Arck timeline a little more.
I actually think the July-Sep Q3 period is likely to see an announcement after re-reading the recent Bloomberg article on Abramovich deal.
In the 2nd half of the article it says:

The company, which announced earlier this year that it hired Barclays Plc to help with the process, expects to narrow the talks to one group in a “few weeks,” Bond said. Linc is talking with at least four parties from outside Australia interested in the shale oil project in the Arckaringa Basin, he said. ENDQUOTE
If we are down to one on one negotioation about now or very soon and all due diligence has been conducted over the last 6 months then IMO an Ann could be seen fairly soon. I certainly think Q3 is far more likely than Q4 for the decision.
