    you guys do realise that in financial terms a quarter is a part of a financial year not a conventional year.

    Jul - Sept is quarter 1 not 3
    Oct - Dec is quarter 2 not 4
    Jan - Mar is quarter 3 not 1
    Apr - June is quarter 4 not 2
