I'm sure that's what he's querying too Andrew. Szaba's reference however, comes from the June corporate presentation, as he points out, and in that presentation it quite clearly refers to the 2013 'calender' year. So there are no factual errors in the information posted in regard to timelines.
I can't say the same for my "is" and "of's" though. I thought the "i" in iPhone stood for intelligent? It's not helping with mine...
